    1. What is the PURPOSE of LeJourney?

    Ans: LeJourney is created with a core purpose of making learning more effective through a better connection between the learner and the trainer.

    1. Who created this program?

    Ans: LeJourney is powered by Edallianz, a technology startup. It was created by a group of passionate professionals who wanted to make a difference in the educational world. You can contact them through feedback@edallianz.com.

    1. What can LeJourney do for me?

    Ans: Enable you as a learner or parent of the learner to find the best education programs or services at your convenience. You can either let the system shortlist the best program for you using LEJ Choice which you must go through 5 simple questions.  These questions are crafted based on famous Philosophy of 7 Multiple Intelligencesby Prof Howard Gardner of Harvard University, or you can bypass the question to select the program you like.

    1. What is the LEJ Choice is based on?

    Ans: LEJ choice only provides a guide to help learner to find out their style of learning. Today, there are many schools using Prof Howard’s theory to design and craft their curriculum and learning corners. The questions we used in LeJourney is based on a renowned Philosophy by Prof Howard Gardner of Harvard. According to his theory, we are all able to know the world through language, logical-mathematical analysis, spatial representation, musical thinking, the use of the body to solve problems or to make things, an understanding of other individuals, and an understanding of ourselves. Where individuals differ is in the strength of these intelligences – the so-called profile of intelligences or learning style and in the ways in which such intelligences are invoked and combined to carry out different tasks, solve diverse problems, and progress in various domains.

    1. What are learning styles?

    Ans: Verbal/Linguistic, Logical/Mathematical, Visual/Spatial, Bodily/Kinaesthetic, Naturalistic, Musical, Interpersonal and Intrapersonal.

    1. How can I interpret the learning profiling bar chart?

    Ans: The bar chart represents a relative comparison of your child’s learning inclination to the other intelligences.

    1. Do I need to keep doing the Learner profiling?

    Ans: No, you need not keep doing the profiling. But we recommend you do it once awhile as your child grow.  The engine behind is smart enough to capture the scoring as the more you accurately enter the answer, the more accurate the result of the profiling will be.

    1. Why am I not able to filter the program I want to find?

    Ans: The APP that you are using now is still undergoing enhancement. The filtering feature will be ready in the next release. We are committed to make the APP as user friendly as we can.

    1. Are there more new features?

    Ans: You will see many very nice features coming out in the coming months to make the APP useful and convenient for you and your family.

    1. Can I get my friend to join LeJourney as a member?

    Ans: Yes, please help us to spread the news.  For every friend whom you referred and signed up as a member, we will reward you with 15 eCredit and your friend will also be rewarded with 15 eCredit. These points can be used to offset any program that you enrol through the LeJourney.

    1. Can I Introduce a friend so that he/she can offer his/her own program?

    Ans: Yes, your friend can be a freelancer trainer, school or even tuition teachers, we welcome them to join us. For all successful referral, we will reward you with a special 15eCredit once your friend successfully enrols a student in his/her class.

    1. What is eCredit?

    Ans: eCredit is LeJourney’s reward system that rewards your interaction with the course provider. You can earn eCredit by booking new courses, giving comments and/or giving feedback using

    1. Can I use the eCredit to offset my purchase?

    Ans: Yes, with effective Aug’17,  these eCredit can be used to offset your course fee.

    Please note you must enter the eCredit that you want to use in the payment section.

    1. Can I cancel after I booked?

    Ans: A full refund will be considered in following 2 scenarios only:

    • Cancelation received more than 30 days from the program start date,f
    • For cancelation received within 13 to 29 days from the program start date, the cancelation notice must receive within the first 24 hours on the day of your booking.

    Definition of program start date means the original start date of the course or program that you have initially booked. Any postponement of start date from the provider will not be considered as start date here.  Cancelation notice received means the time that the system received your notice (you will receive the system acknowledgement).

    1. Are my data secure?

    Ans: Yes, your security comes first in everything we do. If your data is not secure, it is not private. Hence, we employ encryption to keep your data private while in transit. Encryption brings a higher level of security and privacy to our services. When you do things like send an order, do chat or store your photos, the data you create moves between your device, our platform and our data centers. We protect this data with multiple layers of security, including leading encryption technology like HTTPS and Transport Layer Security.
